Basic Policy on Human Rights

Sakura Communication respects the following items as fundamental rights in employment and labor, and aims for co-existence and co-prosperity with our employees.

Prohibition of Discrimination

We eliminate all discriminatory practices based on nationality, race, religion, ideology, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, etc., and strive not to impair equality of opportunity or treatment in employment and work.

Prohibition of Harassment

We do not engage in any form of harassment, including sexual harassment and power harassment, against workplace colleagues. We do not tolerate any such statements or actions.

Prevention of Forced Labor and Human Trafficking

We eliminate and strive to prevent all forms of forced labor and human trafficking.

Reduction of Excessive Work and Overtime

We strive to prevent excessive work and reduce overtime hours, giving due consideration to the work-life balance and health of our employees. We also comply with the "Article 36 Agreement."

Prevention of Child Labor

We support and practice the abolition of child labor.

Respect for Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

We respect the rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining as fundamental human rights, and acknowledge employees' rights to organize, bargain collectively, and engage in dispute action in countries and regions where trade unions are permitted.

Proper Wage Payment

We comply with labor laws and regulations, and pay wages that meet or exceed the minimum wage standards in order to ensure the livelihood of our employees.
