Purpose of Basic Policy
Sakura Communication Co., Ltd. engages in the development, maintenance, and management of computer software, and uses personal information of customers and business partners for sales activities and the execution of outsourced business. We also use personal information and specific personal information of employees for employee management. We recognize that protecting personal information and specific personal information is a critical responsibility for our company, and that thorough protection of personal information is our social responsibility.
Purpose of Personal Information Protection Management System
To establish codes of conduct and specific rules to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. In the event of such incidents, we will promptly implement corrective measures. We will conduct employee training to achieve company-wide moral improvement.
Organizational Activities
The following activities will be conducted to concretely implement the basic policy.
- ① Officers and all employees shall comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other norms.
- ② Appoint a Personal Information Protection Manager and grant them responsibilities and authority for the implementation and operation of the Personal Information Protection Management System.
- ③ Appoint a System Audit Manager and conduct system audits.
- ④ Improve internal regulations and operational methods based on system audits.
- ⑤ Request cooperation from business partners to achieve the objectives of the regulations.
- ⑥ The Personal Information Protection Management System shall be regularly and continuously improved in accordance with social conditions.
Handling of Personal Information
① Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
When collecting personal information, we will clarify the purpose of collection, limit the scope of use of collected personal information, and handle it appropriately. We will also take necessary measures for this purpose.
② Respect for Rights
We respect individual rights regarding personal information, and when requested to disclose, correct, or delete their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable period and to a reasonable extent.
③ Implementation of Security Measures
We will establish internal regulations and implement security measures to prevent personal information from being leaked outside the company or improperly altered. In the event of such incidents, we will promptly implement corrective measures.
Complaints and Inquiries
We will respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information.
